02Failed deposits
What if my deposit doesn't show in my balance?
If you paid and the amount hasn't reached your KhelKing balance, contact support with the transaction ID from your UPI app and a screenshot of the payment.

03Voided markets
What happens if a match is called off?
If a match is abandoned without a result, for example because of rain, or a market is voided because of a technical error, all pending bets on it are void. Your full stake goes back to your balance straight away.
04Cancelling a withdrawal
Can I cancel a withdrawal?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been processed. Contact support and ask them to cancel the pending request. Once a withdrawal has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled.
05Not refundable
What isn't refundable?
Refunds apply only to transaction errors and voided markets. Bets that settled as losses aren't refunded.
Only bet what you can afford to lose. A losing bet is final once it settles.
06Fees and payouts
Are there fees, and where does the money go?
We don't charge an administration fee for legitimate refunds or transaction corrections. Refunds and payouts go only to the verified bank or UPI account in your name, which protects you against fraud.
