01Who we are
Who is responsible for your data?
KhelKing runs this website and the betting accounts you open on it. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the DPDP Act), we are the Data Fiduciary for your personal data. That means we decide how it's used and we're responsible for protecting it.

What personal data do we collect?
Data you give us
- Your name and mobile number when you sign up.
- Messages you send to our support team.
- Payment records for your deposits.
- The bank or UPI details you give us when you withdraw.
Account data
Your username, balance, transactions and bet history, along with any limits or self-exclusion you set.
Website data
When you visit, our hosting provider Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. It needs these to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
We never ask for your UPI PIN, bank PIN, one-time passwords or your account password. Anyone who does isn't us.
03How we use it
Why do we use your data?
We use your personal data to:
- open and run your account
- process your deposits and withdrawals
- answer your support requests
- prevent fraud and misuse of the service
- meet our legal obligations.
Our legal basis is the consent you give when you create an account or use the site, or another lawful ground that the DPDP Act allows.
06Retention
How long do we keep your data?
We keep your account data while your account is open. After it closes, we keep only what we need to handle disputes, prevent fraud and meet our legal duties.
07Security
How do we protect your data?
Every page is served over HTTPS, so data between your browser and our site is encrypted. Deposits are approved in your own UPI app, which means your UPI PIN never reaches us.
No system is completely secure. If a breach affects your personal data, we'll notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as the DPDP Act requires.
08Your rights
What are your rights over your data?
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold and how we use it.
- Correct or erase data that's wrong or incomplete, or that we no longer need.
- Withdraw consent at any time by contacting support.
- Grievance redressal, so you can complain about how we handle your data.
- Nominate someone to use these rights for you if you die or become unable to.
We may need to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

How do I raise a privacy grievance?
Contact our support team with the subject line "Privacy grievance" and include your registered mobile number. If you're not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
10Children
Can under-18s use KhelKing?
No. KhelKing is for adults aged 18 and over, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete their data, unless the law requires us to keep some of it.
11Changes
How will we tell you about changes?
When we update this policy, we change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we'll also tell account holders directly.
