KhelKing password and login issues: what to do

When support sets up your ID, you get a username and password in the official WhatsApp chat. Change the password after your first login. That password, with your username, is all you need on any device. KhelKing never uses an OTP to log you in.

That's why searches for an email reset or a security question lead nowhere. The steps below are what actually works.

Five steps. The second one stops you locking yourself out.

   Check the username. Copy it from your WhatsApp chat with support; it's case sensitive.

   Try once more carefully, then stop before you trigger a lock.

   Message support from the phone number on your account, with your username.

   Once they've confirmed it's you, log in with the reset password and change it straight away.

   Don't ask for a new ID while you wait. Duplicates are suspended.

No. Resets happen in the official WhatsApp chat. A page offering a KhelKing password reset by email, or asking for your username, an OTP and a new password in one form, follows the copycat pattern. Close it and use the chat.

Any one of these is enough to close the tab.

• It asks for an OTP, UPI PIN or bank details to log in.
• Its address differs from your bookmark or this website.
• It offers a reset by email or SMS link.
• A chat or SMS sent you the link, warning your ID will be blocked unless you verify.
• Someone asks you to read out a code, including a person claiming to be support.

Close the tab and open KhelKing from your bookmark. If you already typed your password into a suspicious page, ask support for a reset straight away.

Four that people often mistake for a forgotten password.

• A typo in the username, especially upper and lower case.
• A wrong password saved in your browser from before you changed it.
• An old bookmark pointing to a lookalike site.
• A lock after too many attempts, which only support can lift.

Support only needs your username, a screenshot and the time. Never send these.

• Any OTP, even to someone who says they're support.
• Your password, in a group chat or a screenshot.
• Your bank login or UPI PIN.
• Money to unlock or secure your ID. Resets are free.
